A real estate agent in Kadıköy listed a 2+1 apartment measuring 110 square meters on a listing site for 4 million 750 thousand Turkish Liras. However, the next day, they doubled the price to 8 million Turkish Liras. This situation was noticed by a user who had added the apartment to their favorites on the listing site. It appears that opportunistic real estate agents and homeowners are inflating housing prices to exorbitant levels, resulting in a housing bubble.
