The incident occurred at a wedding ceremony in Niğde's Hacıbeyli neighborhood. According to allegations, during the wedding, a person named İ.O. fired a gun into the air for entertainment. However, the bullets from the gun struck Nuh Öztürk, the bride's cousin who was at the wedding at the time. The unfortunate man collapsed to the ground in a pool of blood.
