Thanks to this resolute stance, new records are being set in exports, while the employment level has exceeded 32 million, reaching the highest figure in the history of the Republic.

ALL EYES ON ERDOĞAN'S STATEMENT

President Erdoğan will announce the new employment plan covering the years 2025-28 at the National Employment Strategy Promotion Program to be held today in Ankara. In this context, transformations suitable for the requirements of the age will take place in the labor market, and new employment models will be implemented. Additionally, steps will be taken to expand employment opportunities in line with the goal of having at least one salaried employee in every household.

REMOTE AND FLEXIBLE WORK WILL BE IMPLEMENTED

According to a report by Faruk Erdem from Yeni Asır; after this year was declared as the Family Year, employment opportunities will also be increased for disadvantaged groups, especially mothers and women. It is planned to create job areas where university students and housewives can work remotely or part-time. On the one hand, models such as leave, remote work, flexible work, and part-time work that will allow mothers to stay in the workforce longer may be implemented. New opportunities will be provided for women, youth, the disabled, and the elderly, who are considered disadvantaged groups.

10 MONTHS OF WORKING OPPORTUNITY

University students will participate in social projects. They will be able to work in areas such as social services, libraries, and education, as well as in public libraries, social facilities, or sports complexes. The work will be part-time, the working hours will not overlap with school, and it will last a maximum of 10 months. Initially, 60,000 young people will benefit, and the number will gradually increase. Young people will be paid a monthly salary of 15,000 lira. This figure may increase later.

THEY WILL WORK FROM HOME

Part-time work from home will be provided for housewives or women who have left their jobs due to having children. Women's working hours will be flexible. They will have the opportunity to work from home while taking care of their children or doing other tasks.
