The second tension occurred during the discussions of the tax law proposal in the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. İYİ Party Bursa Deputy Selçuk Türkoğlu criticized the People's Alliance. Upon this, AK Party and MHP deputies reacted strongly to Türkoğlu. A scuffle broke out between MHP Deputy Group Chairman Erkan Akçay and İYİ Party Bursa Deputy Selçuk Türkoğlu. Deputy Speaker of the Assembly Bekir Bozdağ closed the General Assembly.

"YOU ARE FORCED TO LICK YOUR SPIT EVERY NOW AND THEN"

During the discussions on the seventh article of the Law Proposal on Amendments to Tax Laws and Some Laws in the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, İYİ Party Bursa Deputy Yüksel Selçuk Türkoğlu spoke on his party's proposal. Türkoğlu said, "Because you collapsed with the management of a carp that wraps around the throat of the people, divine justice has turned you into a punching bag these days. You are forced to lick your spit every now and then. Divine justice made you the owner of being one of the two countries in the world that broke the interest record... Divine justice is to deliver the treasury that you called 'thief' and the alliance that you called 'without offspring'. After Türkoğlu's speech, İYİ Party's proposal was rejected with the votes of AK Party and MHP deputies. Türkoğlu turned to AK Party benches and reacted to the rejection of the proposal, saying "You are doing the same thing every time." Upon this, Deputy Speaker of the Assembly Bekir Bozdağ gave a 15-minute break to the General Assembly.

SCUFFLE BETWEEN TWO INDIVIDUALS

When Türkoğlu took his place, a discussion took place between MHP Deputy Group Chairman Erkan Akçay. The discussion turned into a scuffle. Opposition deputies and ruling party deputies tried to separate the scuffle. Türkoğlu was taken out of the General Assembly hall by some deputies. Deputy Speaker of the Assembly Bozdağ met with the deputy group chairmen of all parties. After the break, Türkoğlu entered the General Assembly, and a new argument broke out between Türkoğlu and MHP's Akçay. While some MHP deputies were seen approaching Türkoğlu, Türkoğlu was taken out of the General Assembly by the intervening deputies.

"WARNING PENALTY" FOR TÜRKOĞLU

The General Assembly could not start its work at this time. Bekir Bozdağ gave a "warning penalty" to Türkoğlu for disrupting the tranquility and working order according to the internal regulations. Bozdağ closed the session to meet at 14.00 due to the absence of the commission. 7 articles of the tax law proposal discussed in the General Assembly were accepted.

As it will be remembered, tension first rose in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey in the evening hours. A fistfight broke out among the deputies after the insults of DEM Party member Ali Bozan in the General Assembly convened under the chairmanship of Deputy Speaker of the Assembly Bekir Bozdağ. The images of Bozan falling to the ground and AK Party member Karaismailoğlu throwing a punch made a bombshell in the agenda.
