After the pork scandal, the company, which reached significant figures in the sales of packaged meat products through online platforms, was inundated with refund requests. Customers began to ask for their money back, and many consumers lined up to return the products they had purchased.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS FOR OLD ORDERS HAVE BEEN CLOSED

Customers contacted the platforms where the company sells to return the products they stored in their refrigerators and freezers and submitted their cancellation requests. Although the standard cancellation procedure was initially applied to refund requests, Köfteci Yusuf could not cope with the applications and closed the requests on online ordering platforms. Köfteci Yusuf completely halted cancellation requests for old orders and initiated a new application.
