A 68-year-old man in America experienced serious health problems when he used a sexual performance enhancement device for 24 hours. Experts recommend not using these devices for more than 30 minutes. When the man couldn't remove the device, he used pliers and ended up going to the hospital a week later when he couldn't urinate. Doctors had to amputate a part of his gangrenous penis. This incident highlighted the importance of educating oneself about sexual health and following expert advice.

An alarming incident in America once again demonstrated the importance of expert warnings regarding sexual health.

A 68-year-old American man nearly lost his life due to a device used to enhance sexual performance. The man encountered serious health problems when he failed to remove the device, known as a penis ring, for 24 hours.

A report published in the Urology Case Reports medical journal describes the man's terrifying experience and the efforts of doctors to save him.

A penis ring is a device used to strengthen and maintain erections for an extended period of time. However, experts constantly emphasize that this device should not be used for more than 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, the man who ignored these warnings had to resort to using pliers to remove the device. However, this was not enough, and a week later, when he became unable to urinate, he sought medical help.

Doctors determined that the man's penis was gangrenous and that a portion of it needed to be amputated. Subsequently, an innovative method was used to reshape the penis using tissue taken from his thigh.

This incident once again highlights the importance of being knowledgeable about sexual health and following expert advice. Experts emphasize the need to exercise caution when using any sexual device and to seek immediate medical assistance if any problems arise.
