The snow depth at Kartalkaya Ski Resort, one of Turkey's important winter tourism centers, has reached 15 centimeters. Following four days of snowfall at the 2200-meter summit, the ski season is expected to open in December.

In Kartalkaya Ski Resort, one of Turkey's important winter tourism centers, intermittent snowfall has been continuing for 4 days.

The snow depth has reached 15 meters at the summit of the ski resort, while it was measured at 10 centimeters in the area where the facilities are located. Due to the fog that has occasionally affected the region, visibility has dropped to as low as 45 meters.

THE SKI SEASON IS EXPECTED TO OPEN IN DECEMBER

Preparations for the season have begun in the 5 hotels with a total capacity of 2,000 beds located in the ski resort. Repairs and renovations are being carried out in the hotels, and work is ongoing on 25 slopes with a total length of 75 kilometers. The ski season is expected to open in December.
