The son of famous singer Safiye Soyman has passed away.

Famous singer Safiye Soyman is devastated by the loss of her son. Harun Akaröz, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis years ago and became bedridden, passed away this morning.

SOYMAN: HOW WILL I LIVE WITH THIS PAIN

Safiye Soyman, who is shattered by her son's pain, said, "How will I endure this pain? My dear son is gone. He died in his sleep. I am going to pick up my son's funeral. I will send my son off on his final journey in Bodrum."

HIS ILLNESS WAS DIAGNOSED THROUGH AN MRI

Safiye Soyman's 47-year-old son was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 26 years ago. Harun Akaröz, who had a rapidly progressing illness and became bedridden, has been living a secluded life for many years. Speaking about her son's illness in an interview, Soyman said, "At that time, my son told me, 'Mom, my feet are tingling,' then his feet started to tangle. He went to the doctor, but they said, 'There's nothing wrong.' Later, I understood from his eyes and told my son to go to an eye doctor. They couldn't find anything there either. I suggested getting an MRI, and the disease was diagnosed after the MRI."
