The storm took advantage! Trabzonspor defeated Ruzomberok 2-0.

Trabzonspor played against Slovakian representative Ruzomberok in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League. The maroon-blue team won the match 2-0, gaining an advantage for the second leg.

OPENING GOAL BY TREZEGUET

Trabzonspor dominated the match from start to finish and found the goal they were looking for in the 39th minute through Trezeguet. In a fast attack, Visca advanced quickly from the right wing. The Bosnian player's pass into the goalmouth was met with a one-touch finish by the Egyptian star, putting his team ahead 1-0. The first half ended with this score.

CLOSING GOAL BY NEW SIGNING

In the second half, the Black Sea team managed to maintain the lead, and the goal that relieved them came in the 90+1st minute from new signing Cihan Çanak. Cihan escaped from his opponent outside the penalty area and struck the ball with his left foot into the far corner of the net, making the score 2-0. The match ended with this score, and the young player scored his first goal in his debut match for Trabzonspor.
