On Saturday, the federation had added "Temporary Article 25" to the regulations, stating that "As of the second transfer and registration period of the 2024/2025 season, the acceptable deviation rates in the team spending limit specified in Temporary Article 18 of this directive have been removed, and clubs are required to remain within their team spending limits."
Today, the TFF announced that it has repealed this article. With the decision made, the obligation for clubs to stay within the limit has been lifted.
