After the initial intervention by the medical teams, the injured children were transported to Akçadağ State Hospital and Malatya Education and Research Hospital. Zelal Yıldırım, who was taken to Akçadağ State Hospital, and her sister Ada Yıldırım, who was transferred to Malatya Education and Research Hospital, could not be saved despite the doctors' efforts.

While G.Ş. and A.K., who were injured in the accident, continue to receive treatment, the bodies of Ada and Zelal Yıldırım were taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy. The child who was driving the tractor was placed under the supervision of the gendarmerie, and an investigation was initiated regarding the accident.
