FATHER OBJECTED
The application was contested by the representative of Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi's father, Andrea Minguzzi, citing the provisions of the Industrial Property Law regarding "prior use", "other intellectual rights or personal rights", and "bad faith".

The objection made by the father was evaluated by TÜRKPATENT. The institution accepted this objection in terms of the law's provisions on "other intellectual rights or personal rights" and "bad faith", deciding to reject the application for all goods and services.
