THE COURT REJECTED THE REQUEST FOR CONCORDAT
Master Choco Food, which has been producing in Bursa since 2018, applied for concordat due to financial difficulties. However, the Bursa 1st Civil Court of First Instance rejected the company's request and ruled to directly initiate the bankruptcy process. With this decision, all legal protection measures for the company were lifted, and the concordat commissioner's duty ended.
GROUP COMPANY WILL CONTINUE OPERATIONS
The court decision stated that Master Bronze, which is part of the same group, does not meet the bankruptcy conditions in terms of its financial structure. Therefore, it was decided that Master Bronze will continue its operations.

Master Choco Food, which produced in an area of approximately 2,000 square meters, was among the prominent companies in the Bursa food sector with a daily finished product production capacity of 12 tons.
