The Turkish Football Federation has announced the list of referees who are eligible to wear the FIFA badge in 2025.

TÜRKMEN AND ÇAKIR ADDED TO THE LIST

After Halil Umut Meler, Atilla Karaoğlan, Arda Kardeşler, Kadir Sağlam, and Zorbay Küçük, Mehmet Türkmen and Oğuzhan Çakır have also been added to the FIFA referee list.

On the other hand, the newly added Türkmen received praise from Fenerbahçe's head coach Jose Mourinho. Çakır, however, was criticized by Galatasaray's head coach Okan Buruk.

The Turkish Football Federation announced the new names that will be included in the list approved by FIFA, which will be valid from January 1, 2025, as follows;

• As FIFA referees; Mehmet Türkmen, Oğuzhan Çakır, Asen Albayrak, Hatice Aydın



• As FIFA Assistant Referees; Anıl Usta, Bersan Duran, Ayşenur Karakoç, and Esra Arıkboğa



• As FIFA Video Assistant Referees; Onur Özütoprak, Zorbay Küçük, Direnç Tonusluoğlu, Emre Kargın, and Erkan Özdamar



• As FIFA Futsal Referee; Ayberg Öz
