Four people were injured when shots were fired randomly into the crowd with a shotgun during a fight that broke out over a requested song at a wedding in the Melikgazi district of Kayseri.

According to the information obtained, a fight broke out between two groups at a wedding held on Çilem Street in Esentepe neighborhood, allegedly over a requested song. As the argument escalated, shots were fired randomly into the crowd with a shotgun. Upon notification of the incident, a large number of police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

3 SUSPECTS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY

The 4 people injured by the shotgun pellets were taken to the hospital by ambulance after receiving initial medical treatment by healthcare teams. In the police operation, 3 suspects who were determined to be involved in the incident were apprehended and taken into custody. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
