According to the "Open Job Map" application launched by İŞKUR, there are 85,128 open job postings across Turkey.

İŞKUR aims to protect and increase employment, enhance the professional qualifications of the unemployed, reduce unemployment, and integrate groups requiring special policies into the labor market, continuing to mediate employment.

The institution, which uses innovative methods to connect job seekers with employers, has launched the "Open Job Map" application, which allows the current job postings to be visually displayed on a map by province and district, enables the examination of postings by profession, and allows the downloading of the open job listing.

1 OUT OF 4 OPEN JOBS IS IN ISTANBUL

According to the "Open Job Map" application accessible at https://acikisharita.iskur.gov.tr/, there are 85,128 open job postings across Turkey.

Istanbul became the city with the most open jobs, with 21,846 job postings. Following Istanbul, Ankara with 5,117 open job postings, Kocaeli with 4,606 open job postings, Bursa with 4,285 open job postings, and Izmir with 4,357 open job postings ranked next.

Manisa with 3,136, Kayseri with 3,098, Gaziantep with 2,870, Mersin with 2,385, Antalya with 2,117, and Tekirdağ with 2,048 open job postings were the prominent cities.

THERE ARE OPENINGS IN SKILLED JOBS AS WELL

The most open jobs across Turkey are in unskilled labor. Employers have 20,538 postings for unskilled labor. There are 3,280 postings for cleaning staff, 1,381 for sales personnel, 1,322 for packaging workers, 1,303 for warehouse workers, 1,277 for garment workers, and 1,249 for service staff.

Job postings for professions requiring expertise and skill also drew attention. In this context, the most sought-after professions were sewing machine operators, gas welding technicians, forklift operators, electricians, mechanical maintenance technicians, and CNC lathe operators.
