The identity of the murderer related to the case of Narin Güran, whose body was found in a stream bed on September 8 after going missing on August 21 in the Tavşantepe Village of the Bağlar District in Diyarbakır, remains a mystery. KILLED ON THE DAY SHE WENT MISSINGAccording to the report prepared by the Forensic Medicine 1st Specialization Board regarding the exact cause of death; it was reported that Narin was killed on the day she went missing, August 21. It has been clarified that the little girl was strangled to death by direct pressure applied to her neck and mouth by an adult without the use of any rope, wire, or similar objects, resulting in her trachea being deprived of oxygen. No signs of sexual assault were found in the autopsy report. HOW DID HER LEG GET SEVERED?The report regarding the severing of Narin's left leg below the knee has caused confusion. According to the report, it was assessed that the body may have been dismembered by animals due to the smell after being hidden in the stream. However, Narin's body was found in a sack with its mouth tightly bound, and the integrity of the sack had not been compromised. This raised questions about how animals could have dismembered a body that was in a sealed sack. INTENSE PRESSURE APPLIED TO THE CHEST AREAThe report stated that severe traumatic injuries had occurred due to fractures and cracks in the neck muscles and chest area, and that severe traumatic findings consistent with bleeding under the skin of the chest area were detected. In the conclusion of the report, it was emphasized that the exact cause of death occurred on August 21, and that the perpetrator strangled the little girl after her chest area was subjected to intense weight and pressure, simultaneously pushing her face down with the help of hands and arms. It was stated that due to the intense weight and pressure on the chest area, there were severe bruises and deep lesions caused by bleeding in the area known as the rib cage. REPORT ON THE TEETH MARKS ON THE EYESThe eyes were turned to the report regarding the bite marks on Narin's arm. Her brother had claimed that he bit himself regarding these bite marks. However, following the statement of her sister-in-law Hediye that their mother bit her arm, mother Yüksel Güran was taken from the prison where she was held last Saturday to the oral and dental hospital, and samples of the mouth, jaw, and teeth were taken for matching with the bite marks on Enes's arm. In the investigation, statements from approximately 300 people were taken, while 26 suspects and 12 detainees are present.
