In Diyarbakır, the mother of 12-year-old Ecrin Erim, who sent a message saying "I am going to look for my father," filed a missing person report with the police after not hearing from her.
MOTHER WHO COULDN'T REACH ECRIN FILED A POLICE REPORT
Ecrin Erim, who lives with her mother Büşra Erim and her aunt in the Bağcılar neighborhood of the Bağlar district, sent a message to her mother at 1:51 PM today saying, "Mom, don't worry about me, I can't stand it anymore. I am going out to look for my father," and then left the house. After seeing Ecrin on the site's security camera at 1:52 PM and being unable to reach her or her phone after that time, her mother Büşra Erim went to the police to file a missing person report.
"I WANT MY DAUGHTER TO BE FOUND"
Büşra Erim, who suspects that her daughter was kidnapped by her ex-husband, stated, "My daughter sent me a message at exactly 1:51 PM, saying, 'Mom, I am going to look for my father.' After that, I called and couldn't reach her at all. Then I informed the police. My daughter has been looking for her father for more than a month and cannot reach him. My daughter stayed in a dormitory for a month. I will also file a criminal complaint against her father. If my daughter is in this situation, it is because of her father. My psychology has deteriorated after Narin. I am very anxious for my daughter right now. My daughter is not going to school. Her father does not provide any financial support. He does nothing. I am trying to do everything financially and morally with my own means. I begged her father, and I will personally go to the prosecutor's office to file a complaint. I am afraid my daughter is being abused. The statement we gave to the police is exactly this. I want my daughter to be searched for and found," she said.
