FOOTBALL CLUBS CLIMATE ALLIANCE ESTABLISHED

At the COP29 venue in Baku, the newly established Football Clubs Climate Alliance was introduced in a joint organization of Azerbaijan's Karabakh Club and the European Club Association, with the support of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. In addition to Karabakh, the alliance includes England's Liverpool and Tottenham, Spain's Atletico Madrid and Real Betis, Italy's Udinese, Portugal's Porto, Brazil's Flamengo, and Sweden's Malmö teams.
