(39) incapacitated those inside by threatening them with death. The suspects filled a bag they brought with the jewelry items displayed in the window and then fled the scene. After the store owner H.B. reported the incident, police teams were dispatched to the scene. The store owner H.B. stated that when the robbers came, he had not yet opened the safe and that the suspects thought the imitation jewelry they placed in the window as a precaution against theft was real and stole it.
ROBBERY MOMENT CAPTURED ON SECURITY CAMERA
Robbery Bureau and Avcılar District Police Department teams initiated an investigation related to the incident. It was determined that the robbery moment was recorded by the store's security cameras. In the footage, two individuals dressed in black, covering their faces with masks and holding weapons, were seen entering the jewelry store, filling their bags with the jewelry from the display within a few minutes, and fleeing the scene on foot.
THEY BURNED THE ITEMS THEY USED AFTER THE ROBBERY
Robbery Bureau teams tracked the suspects by following the footage and determined that they entered an empty construction site after the incident, where they burned items such as masks, hats, and gloves used in the robbery. It was found that when a citizen asked the suspects, "Why are you burning it?", they replied, "It's very cold, we are burning to warm up."
THE SUSPECT FLED TO HIS CRIMINAL PARTNERS
Using camera footage from Avcılar to Şirinevler, the house the suspects entered was quickly identified, and the operation was initiated. While the police took security measures around the house, it was determined that one of the suspects was in the back street during the operation. The police, who followed the suspect who did not heed the "Stop" warning, found that the fleeing suspect went to his accomplices. In the operation carried out, three suspects were detained.
A LARGE AMOUNT OF DRUGS WAS FOUND IN THE HOUSE

During the searches, the stolen jewelry was recovered, along with a large number of drugs and drug pills, three pistols, and a large number of bullets. During the search, three unlicensed pistols, 472 grams of cocaine, 385 ecstasy pills, 2,240 drug pills, a large amount of marijuana ready for sale, and three precision scales were seized.

It was determined that the suspects, who were interrogated at the Public Order Branch, were engaged in drug trafficking. It was learned that the suspects considered selling the jewelry they stole after a while, and that the 65 pieces of jewelry they robbed were imitation, which they learned from the police who caught them. The suspects, whose procedures were completed at the police station, were referred to the courthouse. While suspects İ.Y. and E.A. were arrested and sent to prison, M.B. was released under judicial control.
