Nagehan Alçı, who divorced Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı last year on the grounds of domestic violence, has started a love affair with a foreign diplomat. Alçı, who made a statement about her new relationship, said, "I introduced him to my mother and my children as well."
Newspaper journalist Nagehan Alçı divorced her ex-husband Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı last year, citing psychological and physical violence.
"I AM A DIVORCED PERSON"
After the divorce, Nagehan Alçı remained silent for a while, but recently announced on Nevşin Mengü's program that she has embarked on a new love. She stated that she is in a relationship with a foreign diplomat and said, "I am a divorced person. I introduced him to my mother and my children. After living in a nightmare for years, I finally felt happy."
Nagehan Alçı expressed that she constantly experienced violence from her ex-husband Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı and shared her experiences;
"I called the police when the violence reached its peak. I am angry at myself for enduring what I went through. When he fell into that vicious cycle, I couldn't speak up anymore. I know that I waited with a knife in my hand for many nights because Rasim's anger never subsided. When Rasim became unemployed, I took care of him. While no one would even look at him, I would call everyone for him. In the middle of the night, while I was sleeping, he would turn on the lights and say, 'You're useless, you don't do anything for me'."
"HE TOOK AWAY THE MONEY I EARNED"
There was a perception that we earned a lot of money and lived in a mansion. These were the images Rasim wanted. He would take the money I earned, saying, 'You wouldn't understand.' I couldn't get rid of him if I didn't send him the money. Rasim declared me as someone who knows nothing about money. The money was in a joint account, but he emptied it.
