Thousands of personnel will be recruited for the public sector.

Announcements for personnel recruitment from 27 public institutions have been published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, 13,208 personnel will be recruited for the public sector. Various positions such as officer, engineer, specialist non-commissioned officer, firefighter, assistant specialist, and IT personnel will be filled in public institutions, including 7 ministries.

13,208 PERSONNEL WILL BE EMPLOYED IN 27 PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS

27 public institutions have announced personnel recruitment for candidates who wish to become civil servants. The announcements published in the Official Gazette indicate that 13,208 workers and civil servants will be recruited for the public sector. Accordingly, 27 public institutions, including 7 ministries, 10 municipalities, Istanbul University, the General Command of Gendarmerie, the Presidency of Religious Affairs, the Higher Education Quality Board, the Central Anatolia Development Agency, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA), the Turkish Language Institute (YTB), the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), the Defense Industry Agency (SSB), and KOSGEB will recruit 13,208 personnel.

ISTANBUL UNIVERSITY WILL RECRUIT 15 PERSONNEL

The Istanbul University Rectorship will recruit a total of 15 contracted IT personnel, including 1 software project manager, 1 project coordinator, 9 software development specialists (.net), 1 database administrator, 1 business analyst, and 2 system specialists. Applications, which will start on October 2, 2024, will end on October 16, 2024.

TÜİK WILL EMPLOY 14 NEW ASSISTANT SPECIALISTS

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) will employ 14 assistant specialists. According to the announcement published in the Official Gazette, candidates who will be trained as TÜİK specialists will be assigned to the central organization. Candidates who have graduated from the specified departments of universities and meet the necessary conditions can apply through the "Turkey Statistical Institute Presidency-Career Gate Public Recruitment" service on e-Government or from the "Career Gate" website (https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr). MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY WILL RECRUIT 7 WORKERS AND 1 FORMER CONVICT

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry will recruit a total of 3 workers, including 3 former convicts and 4 disabled individuals. Applications, which will start on October 14, 2024, will end on October 18, 2024. The ministry will also recruit 1 former convict worker. BRSA IS LOOKING FOR 45 NEW COLLEAGUES

The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency will recruit a total of 45 administrative personnel, including 10 civil servants, 10 engineers, 1 graphic designer, 1 secretary, 5 technicians graduated from Computer Programming, Computer Technology, Information Security Technology, Electrical, Electronic Communication Technology, Electronic Technology, Internet and Network Technologies, Web Design and Coding departments, 5 technicians graduated from high school in one of the fields under Information Technologies (Network Administration and Cyber Security, Software Development, Computer Technical Service, Database Programming or Web Programming), and 5 drivers who have held a Class B driver's license for at least 5 years and are high school or associate degree graduates. GENDARMERIE GENERAL COMMAND WILL RECRUIT 9,690 SPECIALIZED NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS

The Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy Presidency announced that 9,690 contracted specialized non-commissioned officers will be recruited for the Gendarmerie General Command. A total of 9,690 contracted specialized non-commissioned officers will be recruited, including 9,075 gendarmerie, 5 boat commanders, 500 medics, 100 communication specialists, and 10 in aviation sub-branches. The Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) announced that it will recruit 1 field expert with at least 2 years of work experience in strategic management and planning, internal control and reporting, information management systems, or statistics and data analysis, and 3 field experts who speak one of the languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian, who have completed secondary education, undergraduate, or graduate education in any of the countries: USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Canada, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, or Norway, and have at least 1 year of work experience in international organizations, NGOs, public institutions, universities, or media organizations operating in the fields of the Presidency, or in international organizations, NGOs, public institutions, universities, or media organizations operating in Turkey or abroad concerning our citizens living in any of the aforementioned countries.
