Three deputy ministers were dismissed by President Erdogan's signature.

With the decision published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Erdogan, Deputy Minister of National Education Kemal Şamlıoğlu was dismissed and Muhammed Bilal Macit, the General Director of R&D Incentives at the Ministry of Industry and Technology, was appointed in his place. Deputy Minister of National Defense Celal Sami Tüfekçi was dismissed and Musa Heybet was appointed in his place. Deputy Minister of Health Huzeyfe Yılmaz was dismissed and Yasin Ayfer Erkoç was appointed in his place. Muhammet Kasım Gönüllü was appointed as Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology. In addition, Ali Ayvazoğlu, the Ankara Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism, was dismissed at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

CHANGES IN DIRECTORATES

Erhan Karakaya was appointed as the Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism in Ankara, and Hakan Doğanay, the Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism in Bolu, was appointed as the Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism in Mersin. At the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Ilknur İnam and İrfan Keskin, the Deputy General Directors of National Technology, were dismissed. Emre Dabak was appointed as Deputy General Director of National Technology.

According to the decision, Yalçın Eyigün was appointed as the General Director of Infrastructure at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Burak Aykan was appointed as the General Director of European Union and Foreign Relations, Ünal Baylan was appointed as the General Director of Maritime, Necmiye Leyla Akıncı was appointed as the General Director of Personnel, Salih Tan was appointed as the General Director of Shipyards and Coastal Structures, Murat Baştor was appointed as the General Director of Transport Services Regulation, Kamuran Yazıcı was appointed as the President of Guidance and Inspection, Selami Yazıcı was appointed as the President of Transportation, Maritime and Communication Research Center, İbrahim Kolcu was appointed as the Head of Information Processing Department, Enes Çakmak was appointed as the General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of State Airports Authority, Mustafa Akkaya was appointed as the Deputy General Director of State Airports Authority, Selim Koçbay was appointed as the General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Turkey Rail System Vehicles Industry Inc., and Ufuk Yalçın was appointed as the General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of TCDD Transportation Inc.

TÜBİTAK UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ORHAN AYDIN

With the decision, Orhan Aydın was appointed as the President of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK), Mesut Güner was appointed as the Vice President, and Ahmet Yozgatlıgil was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors. In addition, Ahmet Berat Çonkar was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Turkish Petroleum Corporation, Kerim Taşkıran and Muhammed Talha Pamukçu were appointed as members of the Board of Directors of Petroleum Pipeline Corporation. Murat Kazancı was appointed as the Deputy President of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities.
