TOKİ has started land sales through auction in 48 provinces, including Istanbul.

The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change's Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) has started selling 882 plots in 44 provinces through an auction method.

The Housing Development Administration is offering many plots for sale. Hundreds of plots will find new owners through auctions with easy payment options.

DOWN PAYMENT RATE 25%

Buyers can acquire plots classified as residential, commercial, agricultural, livestock, health, education, industrial, unplanned lands, social cultural facility areas, and fuel station areas with a 25% down payment for 48 months or a 40% down payment for 36 months.

A total of 882 plots, covering an area of 8 million 543 thousand 235 m², with a base price of 19 billion 944 million 922 thousand 589 lira, are being sold at auction in Adana, Adıyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bayburt, Burdur, Bursa, Çankırı, Çorum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Hatay, Isparta, Istanbul, Izmir, Karabük, Karaman, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, and Van.

The auctions will take place on November 27-28-29, 2024, at 10:30 AM at the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building. Bids can also be placed online at (www.emlakmuzayede.com.tr).
