Buyers can acquire plots classified as residential, commercial, agricultural, livestock, health, education, industrial, unplanned lands, social and cultural facility areas, and fuel station areas with a 25% down payment over 48 months or a 40% down payment over 36 months.
A total of 882 plots, covering an area of 8 million 543 thousand 235 m2, with a base price of 19 billion 944 million 922 thousand 589 lira, are being sold through auction in Adana, Adıyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bayburt, Burdur, Bursa, Çankırı, Çorum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Hatay, Isparta, Istanbul, İzmir, Karabük, Karaman, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, and Van.
