TOKİ is selling over 800 plots of land across Turkey.

The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) announced that it will sell land at affordable prices. With this move, TOKİ aims to help citizens realize their dreams of property ownership, selling the land at prices that are almost "dirt cheap."

The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change's Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) will auction 882 plots in 44 provinces on November 27-28-29, 2024.



The Housing Development Administration is offering many plots for sale. Hundreds of plots will find new owners through auctions with easy payment options.



Buyers will be able to acquire plots classified as residential, commercial, agricultural, livestock, health, education, industrial, unplanned lands, social and cultural facility areas, and fuel station areas with a 25% down payment for 48 months or a 40% down payment for 36 months.



A total of 882 plots, covering an area of 8 million 543 thousand 235 m2, located in Adana, Adıyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bayburt, Burdur, Bursa, Çankırı, Çorum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Hatay, Isparta, Istanbul, Izmir, Karabük, Karaman, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, and Van, with an estimated value of 19 billion 944 million 922 thousand 589 lira, will be sold at auction.

The auctions will take place on November 27-28-29, 2024, at 10:30 AM at the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building. Bids can also be placed online at (www.emlakmuzayede.com.tr).
