TOKİ sells land at prices cheaper than water in 44 provinces: The final application date has been announced.

The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) will offer a total of 901 plots for sale in 44 provinces, including major cities such as Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir.

The application process has also begun for those who wish to own these plots. The prices and location information of the plots, which are offered for sale with easy payment options, have been announced. The plots will be auctioned to find new owners between November 27 and 29.

Buyers will be able to acquire plots classified as residential, commercial, industrial, unplanned lands, social and cultural facility areas, and fuel station areas with a 40% down payment and 36 months installment or a 25% down payment and 48 months installment payment options.

PROVINCES WHERE PLOTS WILL BE SOLD

The provinces where the 901 plots for sale are located are as follows: Adana, Adıyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Ağrı, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bayburt, Burdur, Bursa, Çankırı, Çorum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Hatay, Isparta, Istanbul, Izmir, Karabük, Karaman, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, and Van.

AUCTION DATES

The auctions will take place between November 27 and 29 at 10:30 AM at the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building. Additionally, bids can also be placed through the website "www.emlakmuzayede.com.tr".
