TOKİ will auction 882 plots of land in 44 provinces.

The Housing Development Administration is offering many plots for sale. With easy payment options, hundreds of plots will find their new owners through auction.

Buyers will be able to acquire plots classified as residential, commercial, agricultural, livestock, health, education, industrial, unplanned lands, social and cultural facility areas, and fuel station areas with a 25% down payment over 48 months or a 40% down payment over 36 months.

A total of 882 plots, covering an area of 8 million 543 thousand 235 m2, located in Adana, Adıyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bayburt, Burdur, Bursa, Çankırı, Çorum, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Hatay, Isparta, Istanbul, Izmir, Karabük, Karaman, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, and Van, with an estimated value of 19 billion 944 million 922 thousand 589 lira, will be sold at auction.

The auctions will take place on November 27-28-29, 2024, at 10:30 AM at the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building. Bids can also be placed online at (www.emlakmuzayede.com.tr).
