A train collision in West Java, Indonesia has killed 14 people and injured 38.

The Indonesian press reported that the 'Argo Bromo Anggrek' long-distance train crashed into a commuter train waiting at the East Bekasi Station in the city of Bekasi, West Java province.

It was stated that 14 people died and 38 were injured in the accident. State railway operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) official Anne Purba announced that passengers on the 'Argo Bromo Anggrek' train were safely evacuated.
