TO BE EXECUTED BY FIRING SQUAD
In a post on his social media account, Trump announced his decision on whether the execution would be broadcast live. Stating that Hasan deserved to be executed by firing squad for killing 13 people, Trump said he wanted the whole world to know how the US punishes 'terrorists'.
VICTIMS' FAMILIES WILL BE ABLE TO WATCH
Trump, conveying that broadcasting the execution live would not be approved or watched by 'many well-meaning and conscientious people', said, "Hasan will be executed by firing squad as planned, but this event will not be broadcast live."
Trump noted that the execution could be watched by the victims' families.
