Trump responded "True" to the claim made on the Truth Social platform that "The Trump administration is preparing to declare a national emergency and will use military assets to reverse Biden's invasion with a mass deportation program."

WILL USE HISTORICAL LAW

In his 2024 Presidential Election campaign, Trump announced that he would use the "Alien Enemies Act" from the 18th century. This law allows for the detention and deportation of individuals over the age of 14 from countries at war with the U.S.
