The concordato request of Istanbul-based Trioteks Iplik Tekstil Urunleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Company was rejected. The Istanbul 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance decided on the bankruptcy of the company. With the decision, all measures implemented under the concordato were lifted, and the duties of the concordato commissioners also ended.

A striking bankruptcy news came from the textile industry. The court has made its decision in the concordat process carried out for Trioteks İplik Tekstil Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, operating in Istanbul.

CONCORDAT REQUEST REJECTED

The company's concordat request was evaluated in the case heard at the Istanbul 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance. The court decided to reject the company's concordat request and declare its bankruptcy.

ALL MEASURES LIFTED

With the court's decision, all temporary and definitive moratorium decisions previously granted in favor of Trioteks İplik were lifted. Additionally, the duties of the concordat commissioners overseeing the concordat process were terminated. Thus, the legal protection process aimed at allowing the company to continue its operations through concordat came to an end.

BANKRUPTCY DECISION FROM THE COURT

With the bankruptcy decision regarding the company registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate, the process has entered a new phase. The court's decision was announced within the scope of the relevant provisions of the Execution and Bankruptcy Law.

Trioteks İplik ve Tekstil Ürünleri was founded in 2014, following experience in the sales and marketing of elastane yarn. The company supplied various types of yarn, primarily elastane yarn, as well as polyester, nylon, combed, and carded yarns. Serving the circular knitting, weaving, hosiery, narrow fabric, seamless production, and knitwear sectors, the company also provided consultancy services for cotton, synthetic, and elastane group yarns. Trioteks continued its activities with the goal of growing by adding new distributorships over time.
