Reserves of the Turkish Central Bank rose to $101.3 billion as of the end of July, the bank announced on Thursday.
The reserve assets recovered 3% from a month ago, the latest data showed.
Foreign currency reserves – in convertible foreign currencies – jumped 8% month-on-month to $53.7 billion in July.
The bank's gold reserves – including gold deposits and, if appropriate, gold swapped –fell 2.4% from June to $40.2 billion.
On an annual basis, the official reserve assets were down from $105.8 billion. -
