Humanitarian Relief Foundation distributes aid to 1,500 Syrian families for the winter.

Istanbul-based Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH) distributed aid to 1,500 Syrian families for the winter, according to the charity on Thursday.

Zeki Tahiroglu, IHH's local coordinator in Syria, said in a written statement that the aid was provided in the villages of Atma, Karama, Qah and Sarmada refugee camps in Idlib, Syria.

The aid package includes carpets, blankets, foam beds, boots, coats, and equipment for tents.

Tahiroglu emphasized the harsh life conditions in the camps in winter, and said aid for the people in camps will continue. -
