Turkish trucks that were attacked by provocateurs in Syria have returned to the country.

Turkish trucks that were attacked in provocative incidents in areas cleared of terrorism by the Turkish Armed Forces in northern Syria have returned to Turkey.

While the echoes of the incidents that broke out after the sexual abuse of a 5-year-old girl in Kayseri last night continue, there was also unrest today in the areas controlled by Turkey through the Euphrates Shield operation in Syria. In Azez, El Bab, and Afrin, a provocative group attacked trucks coming from Turkey.

ATTACKED TRUCKS RETURNED TO THE COUNTRY

In the footage shared on social media, it was captured on camera that the returning trucks suffered significant damage, with broken windows and dents on their bodies. The footage also showed that one driver was injured in the head due to thrown stones.

WHAT HAPPENED?

After the sexual abuse of a 5-year-old girl by a foreign national in the Melikgazi district of Kayseri the night before, incidents occurred in the areas controlled by the Turkish military through the Euphrates Shield operation in Syria. In a video shared on social media, it was seen that provocateurs tried to enter the building used by the Turkish army and soldiers tried to disperse the demonstrators by firing shots into the air. The footage also showed that trucks going from Turkey to Syria and vehicles with Turkish license plates were stoned.
