Türkiye's benchmark stock index rallied to a new all-time high of 2,795.06 points at Monday's close, up 1.62% on a daily basis.
After starting the week at 2,767.55 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index gained 44.57 points from Friday's record-high close of 2,750.49 points.
During the day, the index's lowest value was 2,759.43, while its daily high was 2,802.83.
The total market value of the BIST 100 was around 2.2 trillion Turkish liras ($124.2 billion) by close, with a daily trading volume of 46.8 billion liras ($2.6 billion).
One ounce of gold traded at $1,799.50 by market close, according to data from Borsa Istanbul's Precious Metals and Diamond Markets.
The price of Brent crude oil was around $96.2 per barrel as of 19.00 p.m. local time (1700GMT), down 1.3% on a daily basis.
