According to the information obtained, in the incident that occurred yesterday; after consuming döner purchased from a business operating in the Edikli town connected to the center, 7 children reported feeling unwell and applied to the Niğde Education and Research Hospital's Pediatric Emergency Service.
7 CHILDREN HOSPITALIZED
A.D. (11), M.A.D. (11), M.K. (12), Ç.İ. (12), Y.E.İ. (11), A.A. (14), and A.B.A. (10) were reported to have their necessary examinations and treatment processes quickly initiated by the emergency physicians, their general condition was good, and they were discharged after the treatments were applied.
GOVERNOR'S OFFICE MADE A STATEMENT
In a statement made by the Niğde Governor's Office, it was expressed that the necessary notification to the judicial authorities regarding the incident had been made and that the process was also being examined from a legal perspective. Additionally, it was noted that information regarding the businesses from which the döner was obtained was collected by the relevant units, and that the Niğde Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry teams had initiated sampling, hygiene inspections, and compliance checks with regulations at the mentioned businesses.
