Two Die İn French Capital Building Collapse

At least two people died Sunday when a building collapsed in Rosny-sous-Bois, a commune in the eastern suburbs of Paris.



France's Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve told French BFMTV from the site that a four-storey residential property collapsed following an explosion that was likely caused by a gas leak.



The two people killed were an elderly woman and an 8-year-old child. 



Cazeneuve said that an investigation into the collapse is ongoing "and until it is complete, we can have no certainty" as to what caused it.



Twelve people were injured in the incident and taken to nearby hospitals. Four were reported to be in a serious condition.



Rescuers at the site said they "are still looking for four adults and five children believed stuck under rubble."
