Two people died when a car crashed into a parked tow truck in Bafra district of Samsun.
Two people lost their lives in a traffic accident in the Bafra district of Samsun. The accident occurred around 10:40 a.m. on the Samsun-Sinop highway at the Yakıntaş location. According to the information obtained, the car with license plate 55 AHA 976, driven by Hüseyin Bulut, was traveling from Samsun towards Bafra when the driver lost control of the steering wheel and crashed into the rear part of a tractor with license plate 16 BEK 785, which was parked outside the shoulder on the right side of the road, and its attached semi-trailer with license plate 16 AUE 519.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED INTO THE ACCIDENT
Driver Hüseyin Bulut, who was seriously injured in the accident, was taken to Bafra State Hospital by ambulance. Despite all medical interventions, Bulut could not be saved. Gönül Bulut, who was a passenger in the car, lost her life at the scene.
An investigation has been launched into the accident.
