The singer described her experiences with the following words: "I don't even know where to start. I thought a lot. I have tried several times before to decide whether to share this video with you... I want to share it now because I can't find a way. As you already know, I have some issues regarding my daughter. After many years, I mentioned in a program that she has psychological disorders. In fact, the dimensions of the issue are much different, much more complex because she is also using substances. And very unconsciously... Of course, there is no conscious use, but it is almost to the point of death... It has reached terrifying dimensions in every aspect because she cannot control herself due to her psychiatric disorder...

"THERE ARE COMPLAINTS BUT NOTHING IS DONE"

I have locked myself in a room right now. She was gone for two days, and she is experiencing a huge crisis again. We had to call the police. We have called them many times before. What happens as a result? Nothing happens. The police come and talk, at most they take her to the station for a statement... There is no solution to this. You know there have been events that have occupied the public for days. Unfortunately, there are crimes involving young people who use substances. A very young police officer was martyred. Two young girls were murdered. At the root of all of this is this scourge. Because these children had been reported by their families multiple times. They have committed crimes, but nothing is done. These people roam freely in the streets. My child is in this situation too.

"SHE HAS ASSAULTED ME MULTIPLE TIMES"

Even though I am an artist, I feel powerless. We are afraid something will happen to her... She might die, or she might kill someone, or she might harm us. She has attacked her father with a knife twice before. She has assaulted me multiple times. Because she loses her consciousness. This substance is such a thing that...

Umut Akyürek stated that her daughter, who is a drug addict, has been taken under treatment in recent weeks, saying, "Our daughter is doing very well right now, we have made progress. Thank God, our little one is like she has been reborn. During this period, everyone from the art world has supported us. Our government needs to open many centers for combating addiction," she said.
