At least seven members of a Turkish extended family were killed when a trailer they were travelling in overturned on Friday.
Sakarya Governor Irfan Balkanlioglu told reporters all the victims -- seasonal agricultural workers from Mardin province in southeastern Turkey -- were related.
Five females and two males lost their lives in the tragic incident in Sakarya, western Turkey. Nine other people were injured, Balkanlioglu told reporters.
It is reported the owner of the tractor-drawn trailer gave the vehicle's keys to one of the family members who then lost control while driving on a downhill slope. -
