US Stocks End In Negative Territory

US stocks ended lower Thursday due to ongoing concerns related to the Federal Reserve's interest rate moves and tensions between Russia and Ukraine.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.89%, or 313.26 points, to 34,715.

The S&P 500 lost 50.03 points, or 1.1%, to close at 4,482.

The Nasdaq was off 186.23 points, or 1.3%, to 14,154.

Several companies saw declines, but Tesla and Microsoft and vaccine producers Johnson & Johnson and Moderna outperformed markets.

Treasury yields were steady after reaching two-year highs earlier in the week.

Nearly all Asian and European stocks closed with gains while Turkiye's BIST 100 index posted a decline. -
