A citizen who went to register his child at a public school stated in the video that he was asked for a registration fee under the name of donation, saying, "We are citizens of the great Republic of Turkey. Are we supposed to pay money when registering at a public school?" expressing his reaction. If a school administrator makes a request to the school under the name of 'registration fee', they are engaging in illegal activity.
