Regarding the CHP congress case, journalist Fatih Atik made a striking claim. In a live broadcast he attended, Atik said, 'We expect the absolute nullity decision to be uploaded to UYAP on Friday.'
Journalist Fatih Atik claimed that a critical stage has been reached in the lawsuit against the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress. Speaking on a live broadcast on TGRT Haber, Atik made statements that stirred Ankara's political circles, asserting that the court is expected to upload a "absolute nullity" decision that would render the congress entirely invalid to the UYAP system this Friday.
CLAIM: "ABSOLUTE NULLITY DECISION WILL BE ISSUED ON FRIDAY"
Atik stated: "We expect the absolute nullity decision to be uploaded to UYAP on Friday. If absolute nullity is declared, the economy of the opposition media will be affected. The economies of journalists who feed from that and those who have turned this process into capital for themselves will be affected."
