During the search efforts for Engin Ş., who fell into the sea with his vehicle from the cliffs in the Lara region a few days ago, citizens who saw a person lying motionless with clothes on the water's surface about 50 meters offshore reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center, prompting the Coast Guard teams to take action.

It was determined by the Coast Guard and Marine Police who arrived at the scene that the person pulled from the water had passed away. The individual, whose identity was found to be registered under the name Kayhan Açar, was brought to the Antalya Police Department's Marine Port Branch located at Antalya Yacht Harbor. The lifeless body of Kayhan Açar, who is believed to have fallen from the cliffs, was taken to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for the determination of the exact cause of death after the work of the Crime Scene Investigation teams.
