While the evacuation operation at CHP Headquarters continues, a striking statement came from MHP Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız. Yıldız drew attention to Article 121 of the Political Parties Law and stated that there is a conflict of authority between election boards and civil courts. Yıldız said, 'Unless this provision is repealed, we cannot end the conflict of authority between election judiciary and civil courts.'

The crisis in the CHP, which began after the "absolute nullity" decision, entered a new phase with an eviction operation targeting the party headquarters, while a noteworthy statement came from MHP Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız. As dozens of police entered the CHP headquarters and the eviction process continued, Yıldız pointed to the confusion of authority in judicial processes related to political parties.

POLICE AT HEADQUARTERS, TENSION HIGH IN POLITICS

The scuffle and eviction tension that started in front of the CHP headquarters in the morning hours continued throughout the day. The crisis deepened as Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's camp demanded the implementation of the court decision, while the current administration maintained its wait at the headquarters.

Following the meeting of the CHP delegation with the Minister of Interior, police teams entered the headquarters to initiate the eviction process. As tension rose around the building during the intervention, developments topped the political agenda.

MESSAGE OF "AUTHORITY CONFUSION" FROM FETİ YILDIZ

While the eviction operation was ongoing, MHP Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız drew attention to the Political Parties Law in a post on his social media account.

In his post, Yıldız stated: "According to the regulation in Article 121/1 of the Political Parties Law; unless the provision 'The provisions of the Turkish Civil Code and the Associations Law, as well as other laws applicable to associations, that are not contrary to this law, shall also apply to political parties' is repealed; we cannot end the confusion of authority arising between electoral boards, i.e., election judiciary, and civil courts."

LEGAL DEBATE GROWS IN CHP CRISIS

Yıldız's statement was interpreted as a new dimension to the legal debates that began after the absolute nullity decision in the CHP.

While the CHP camp argues that the decision is a political operation, Kılıçdaroğlu's side states that the court decision must be implemented. The applications made for the handover of the headquarters, police intervention, and the eviction process have brought back the debate over which judicial authority is competent in the internal functioning of political parties.

EYES ON DEVELOPMENTS IN ANKARA

Following the eviction operation at the CHP headquarters, statements came from political parties one after another, while MHP's Feti Yıldız's emphasis on law drew attention.

As tension remains high in Ankara, developments regarding the management crisis in the CHP and the eviction process at the headquarters are closely monitored.
