The sad news of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21 in Diyarbakır, came 19 days later. The lifeless body of the little girl was found in a sack in the stream bed near the village. After the discovery of Narin's lifeless body, 24 people, including her mother, father, and brother, were detained.

LIFELESS BODY HANDED OVER TO HER FAMILY

After the incident that devastated Turkey, it was a matter of curiosity whether the funeral of the little girl would be handed over to her family. After the examinations at the Forensic Medicine Institute, the lifeless body of the little girl was handed over to her brother, Baran Güran.

TO BE BURIED IN THE VILLAGE CEMETERY

The lifeless body of Narin Güran, taken from the Forensic Medicine Institute, was taken to Yeniköy cemetery to be washed. It was stated that Narin would be buried in the village cemetery later.

PARENTS AND SIBLINGS ARE ALSO UNDER ARREST

As part of the investigation, Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç announced that a Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor and 3 Public Prosecutors were assigned by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to clarify the incident. 24 suspects were detained as part of the investigation. Among the detainees were Narin Güran's mother, father, two brothers, three uncles, and the wife of the arrested uncle S.G. The procedures of the suspects at the gendarmerie are ongoing.

THE AREA HAD BEEN SEARCHED 8 TIMES

The area where Narin Güran's lifeless body was found had been searched 8 times in a coordinated effort by a special team in Diyarbakır and a special team from Ankara. However, no trace of Narin was found.
