The reason for the Fed's interest rate cut is to prevent the U.S. economy from heading into recession. I expect the Central Bank to make a 250 basis point cut in December. The market will revive with the decrease in interest rates. If interest rates fall, investments will increase, but a significant explosion will not occur with a 2.5-point decrease in interest rates.
