Accordingly, the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering of Patnos Sultan Alparslan at Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University has been closed, and the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture has been established in its place.

Boğaziçi University Aydın Doğan Communication Institute, Gümüşhane University School of Physical Education and Sports, Çankaya University Institute of Science and Social Sciences have been closed.

NEW INSTITUTES ESTABLISHED

It has been decided to establish the Institute of Film and Media Studies at Boğaziçi University, the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Gümüşhane University, and the Graduate Education Institute at Çankaya University. Additionally, the name of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, affiliated with the Rectorate of Uşak University, has been changed to the Faculty of Theology.
