"AN IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN LAUNCHED REGARDING THE MATTER"Yerlikaya, stating that the Syrian individual who molested the girl was her relative, continued his statement as follows: "Yesterday evening, in the Eskişehir Bağları area of Kayseri, Melikgazi, a Syrian national named I.A, who is a relative of the girl, was caught by the surrounding citizens and handed over to the security forces after molesting her. An immediate investigation has been launched regarding the matter. "THEY DISPLAYED AN ATTITUDE THAT DOES NOT SUIT OUR HUMAN VALUES"However, later on, our citizens gathered in this area and acted unlawfully, causing damage to the houses, businesses, and vehicles belonging to Syrian nationals in a manner that does not suit our human values.
